湛山精舍为天台宗祖庭、观音道场，是加拿大最大的汉传佛教寺院。其下属的万佛舍利塔寺位于著名的尼亚加拉大瀑布风景区，这里环境优雅，清净庄严，承担着为信众提供参访、学习、实修服务的功能，同时也是广大游客了解佛教文化、感受东方文明的场所。 每年都有成千上万来自世界各地的游客和信众前来参观和朝拜。
随着弘法利生事业扩大之需要，寺院需要一批义工菩萨发心来道场护持正法，欢迎有志于自利利他的善信加入我们的团队，一起培福修慧，在诸佛菩萨恩赐的这个平台上发挥才能、服务大众。欢迎大家到美丽的尼亚加拉瀑布的三宝之地体验丛林生活，参与寺院各项活动，为你的人生增加一份难得的美好经历，为你的菩提之路积累更多的资粮。
义工服务项目包括博物馆导游(流利英语),接待员,维修,清洁,厨务,及交通支持等, 所有义工将接受训练，获颁发义工服务证书。欢迎广大信众踊跃报名参加。

Volunteer Opportunities Cham Shan Ten Thousand Buddhas Sarira Stupa
Cham Shan Temple is a Guanyin Cultivation Center of Tiantai Lineage, and it is the largest Chinese Buddhist Temple in Canada. This affiliation of Cham Shan temple is located in the world renowned scenic Niagara Falls. It is an elegant, quiet and sacred place for all the Buddhist follow-ers to visit, learn and practice, and also a place for tourists to understand Buddhist culture and experience Eastern civilization. Tens of thousands of tourists and Buddhists from all corners of the world come to visit and worship every year.
To further propagate Buddhism, the temple needs devoted volunteers to uphold the Dharma. We welcome all who are willing to help themselves and benefit others to join our team. Together we accumulate blessing and develop wisdom to serve the public under the guidance of all the great Bodhisattvas. Welcome all to the beautiful place of the Three Jewels to experience life in a Buddhist monastery, and to participate in all our activities. Add a meaningful and memorable experience to your life, and bring about more blessings while you travel on your Bodhi path.
Volunteer service program includes tour guide (fluent in English), receptionist, maintenance, cleaning and those who’d like to offer transportation. All volunteers must undergo training. Volunteer certificate is provided. We welcome all to participate.
